Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Any items purchased in store or online 11th November - 20th December 2024 can be returned for exchange or credit note up until Sunday 19th January 2025. For purchases made after 21st December our usual 30 day returns policy will apply.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Please retain proof of purchase.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We do not cover the cost of return postage and cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the post.
Online Returns Policy

Faulty Items
In the event of finding a fault with a product please get in touch with us via email including a photograph and description of the fault. Where possible a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available we will offer a refund, exchange or gift voucher for the original purchase amount.
