DUPLICATED SHIPPING CHARGE
We are aware of a glitch with our system where a small amount of customers are being charged twice for postage. This is due to items coming from both of our locations. We will issue a refund for any orders overcharged on postage. This will be done when we are fulfilling your order or sooner. Apologies for any inconvenience.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Janet Bell Prints:- We hold stock of a variety of Janet Bell bestsellers in our shops, but most prints are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for prints to be dispatched. If you need prints within a shorter time frame please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that we can do so.
All other items, including homewares and lifestyle products, are in store and are ready to be shipped. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days.
FREE STORE PICKUP - FROM BEAUMARIS ONLY
You can pick up your order from our store located in Beaumaris. Select the 'pickup' option at the checkout.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification from us. Bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting.

PARCEL TRACKING
Large parcels are sent by APC. We will include a tracking number if your parcel has been sent via APC where you can check the tracking information.
To track your APC delivery please visit the APC website with your postcode and tracking number provided with your dispatch notification.
Small parcels including small framed prints are posted via Royal Mail and have no tracking information. They usually arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Send photos of the damaged items and packaging it arrived in to info@janetbell.co.uk.\
NORTHERN IRELAND & EU
We are currently unable to ship to these areas due to new GPSR requirements. We will update here if and when this changes.
REST OF WORLD
Our website is not currently set up for shipping outside of the UK. We are however happy to look into orders on a case by case basis so do get in touch if you'd like any further information.
